Likhona Fumile-RAIN Customer Service

Likhona Fumile, was assigned to my issue i posted about a few days ago. She called me and asked how to make it better, she then did what others did not. She realized that the router i received on 3/3/2026 was not working, and requested a swap, which i then collected in *****o park rain. She emailed, she called to follow through till the end. Her service as well as the gentleman who served me 09/03/2026 at the store was impeccable. RAIN we need more staff like Likhona Fumile, Thankyou for making the last part of my journey amazing.
