Lightning fast download, slow upload, fantastic customer service

I am using the 5G premium option, the download speed is incredible (over 200Mbps), the ping is great (around 10ms), which means that my reception is great. However, the upload speed is problematically slow, usually under 1Mbps, going towards 5 on a good day. This makes that the product is not suitable for working from home, which is unfortunate because that's why I purchased it. It's interesting that the bandwith for upload seems to be severely crippled in favour of making room for downloads. Streaming works fantastic, 0 complaints about that.

Their customer service is amazing, everyone I spoke to was kind, clear, knowledgeable, they really have gotten that part right.
