Lies Lies Lies from Rain Network

3 Months of trying to contact Rain via email and FaceBook Messages, they have NO Support Telephone Number nor is it possible to register on their website support page to even view existing tickets, and with little to no reply (3 week stretches before any responses received back from them), and even then only empty promises given with no real resolution concerning a no network issue, in an area clearly marked as a a covered area on their map, anc I have finally given up. (And Yes, the device and sim are setup correctly as it works 100% in other areas with the same settings and same rain sim card) I have now given up opened an formal complaint with ICASA I suggest others either stay away from these ************ or do the same. it would (sadly) seem this is the only way to get any joy from these **********.
