Endless calls still no solutions and team leaders are always in meeting and no one can assist . BEEN WAITING SINCE 17TH FOR ACTIVATION STILL NO FERDBACK OR UPDATE FROM RAIN. WORSE SERVICE EVER . Very *********** agents that can't assist with queries . Rain please vet your agents level of incompetence is alarming
