Lies From Rain internet service provider

I have cancelled their services, they tried by all means to get me to revoke my cancelation, they would call me every week to try to persue me of which I refused but they went and deducted from my account, but when I ask them about it they are saying I only cancelled just yesterday, I am liable for this month's bill
