Lies at Sales stage/refund
Bad Service
I took out Rain a couple of months ago and all was well . The lady that called me for the subscription described it as pay as you use, went further to explain that If you don’t pay we do not provide you with internet service therefore you don’t pay . Those were lies because I’ve skipped 2 months and I owe rain.
Secondly I made payment on the link for once off payment. Now all of a sudden they are debiting someone’s account without consent.
I’ve tried querying the billing but everytime I call I get someone who just say you audible then hangs up . They’ve been debiting the account without consent and the owner wants his money back.
Called in and I was told the complaint was logged , given a REf number but it’s been over a week now still no one has called in to assist or refund this person.

For the first respond, my first statement was very clear to say your consultants lie at Sales stage and you are ignoring that and not acknowledging the problem but consequences.

I guess he will just have open a case against you guys it’s good that I have a Ref number which Ayanda Coka advices that he logged a complaint but it over a week now and no one has done anything .
You are busy gaslighting me and responding privately because you know that the service you guys provide is pathetic.
