Lies and ridiculous service

I finally had cancel the card I have been waiting for activation, I contacted their *********** support service almost every day after receiving the sim card. I was to to wait for 2 to 24 hours which turned to be forever. No communication between the activating department, agents can't do a follow up. They keep repeating the same lie. Always No manager on the floor to assist.
