Please explain to me how can you confirm on a public platform (hello peter and Facebook) that the amount that will be deducted from my account on the 20/02/2025 will be R625.00 and then you go and deduct R970.16??? We cancelled and returned the router and when i wanted to know where is my refund, you just told me there is no refund? Please explain that to me??? You lie and ***** ppl money, no wonder everyone is cancelling your services.
