*****, *****s, ******** and cannot deliver products they pretend to offer
Completely disgusted!!! And still no service, no response and no internet!!!! Since the 13th of Jan 2021 I haven had less than 1Mb download speed on a 5G premium service where I was getting between 240Mb to 300 in previous months. After numerous complaints and technicians fiddling with my home network which they ruined as they insisted it was my network i was eventually told a week and a half later that all the 5G towers were down in bedfordview for that entire time. And you expect me to believe that no else noticed!! Then I was told they could not fix the issue. No one has responded to any of my mails or queries in a week and yet I will still be expected to pay for a service I haven’t received in 3 weeks.
There aren’t enough profanities in the universe to describe how disgusting Rain is as a service provider and on top of it all you can’t even speak to anyone because they are too afraid of dealing with their customers directly. Instead they force you to submit a request via the website which they can choose to ignore as they have done to me over the past week

Let this be a warning to all rain is a ******* company. They do not provide services they claim. They are unreliable! Impossible to communicate with!! Unprofessional!! And they don't even know how to support any issues that don't involve the stock standard response of 'move your router' or 'restart your router'. That is because they will delay communication with you just to hope the problem goes away on its own.
For 2 weeks all the 5G towers in Bedfordview were down and I was constantly told that everything was fine. Rain doesn't even understand what 5G is, how can they provide it as a service!!!
