Empty promises, Rain consultants do not keep up to their word, totally unprofessional. I have never seen a company that does not respond to emails, Rain cannot keep current customers happy, yet still advertising all the time on television for new business, what a waste, You guys need alot of training and a long course of customer service s****s. No conscious what so ever, ykeeping money that does not belong to yourl, please can I have my refund asap. And please Faatima don't waste my time with your **** apology.
