Lets end this on a friendly note

Now it seems that i am not covered by rains towers although i was told that i was.now i am begging for my money back which they took off my bank account without me receiving any wi fi service at all.of course they can pick up their equipment at any time mit is of course in pristine condition. I just really need my money back.i am an old age pensioner and every penny counts
