I have used the Rain speed test and Ookla and my broad band.

I never get a constant 1 meg down load during the day, the upload speed varies.

I need at least 2 to 4 megabytes to use microsoft teams.

You offer 10 meg up and down speed, yet I do not get half of it. I have moved my router all over the house, even line of site from the towers and still it does not work.

Either upgrade your equipment at base stations or add more in my area because this is false advertising, I am going to post my speed tests on face book and instagram because it is pure lies.

I log tickets every week the turnaround time is pathetic from Rain.

R479 uncapped I agree but speeds is absolutely false, I will never upgrade to Rain 5G because on a 10meg speed I get under 1 meg, so on a 30meg I will get what less then 2 megs for a higher price.

I will write a review every single day and post on social media till you guys do something about this pathetic service you offer and stop miss leading people
