LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN!!

THIS IS DISGUSTING SERVICE. After almost 3 weeks of trying to get our internet working... Countless phone calls to countless people. Countless emails recieved and followed countless begging and pleading for help, we eventually got someone to do a sim swop... GUESS WHAT!? STILL NOT WORKING. Waisted all my airtime just for them to tell me each time "we will escalate to technical department" this "DEPARTMENT" just sends you the same email over and over again and NEVER calls to see how they can help!!!! I WILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER!!!
