Legal action for ******** deduction

I have been waiting since 25th September for assistance with cancelation of my account. I am just waiting to see if the debit order goes through then I am opening a case of ***** against Rain. I have requested a cancelation on the 25th of September 2022 so you had ampel time to process it.
