Legal action for horrible service

So today I get a sms that rain is going take legal action against me after their horrible service I have been receiving, firstly with rain you pay before you use the service I paid for a month that I didn't even use cos of horrible network the following month I didn't pay n the service was cut as its a prepaid service. I need someone to call me tell me what amount they referring to
