I have received an email stating I owe RAIN? Unfortunately I have sent numerous emails to RAIN! trying to understand from them how exactly am I owing them? When I was told that the network is a month to month and not a contract, at first I had asked them to change my payment date because I was no longer getting paid on the 25th of every month.. the email was IGNORED! With this being said… I’m asking myself how do I make payments for the services I did not use? Why not disconnect the account if I did not pay??? Why is it now a bind contract? Month to month means if I don’t wanna use your service then you can disconnect me from the network then I will continue to use it when I have made payment! So Please I need clarity on this.. I’m changing this network because you are ****** , it’s no wonder Rain has bad reviews , it’s because of such. Also what happened to this : “ rain offers a mobile data-only service at 5c per meg (R50 per gig). You only pay for what you use. At the end of the month. No contracts. No bundles.”
