Lawsuit pending

I have been a client with rain for very long like since they opened and never had a problem. Suddenly my services was suspended because I owe R9901. When I phoned they said I never paid since July 2023. But I went onto my bank statements and draw every single one. And it shows they debit my account and never allocated it. This was in the beginning of February. Since then I have phoned over 49 times. Recorded every call. To sort this out they ask me to send all the bank statements and trans act NR as well as card details so they can trace it. I sended it almost 11 times. And still they have not fixed this and because of this I could not do my normal work. And lost R560 000.00 in trading and projects. I have filed a lawsuit against rain for loss of income and ***** in the high court not civil. I am fed up. They played with my livelyhood. This is enough. I also invite anyone that has the same problems. So we can make a class action suite against them my email is ***. I invite rain to cantact me and sort this out if not this is going to be a very big lawsuit.
