Late responses, unhelpful support but eager/duplicate/extra billing

I joined Rain a month ago ignoring all the reviews because my friends has Rain 5G - Terrible mistake. I've had it for a month but already been billed 3 times. I joined 26/01/2023 got billed partially. Received the device and router 31/01/2023 - I've been billed more than it cost on that day as well. I used it for the month of Feb with the worst signal ever, trying to get them to connect me to the closest tower but they don't know what the hell I'm asking because they struggle, and end of Feb 2023 I got billed again. I canceled today and they said I will be billed again. So now I'm really fed up. Don't just join because you want internet. You will join and still buy data. I'm back on LTE 4G which is very much faster than what rain 5G was.
