Late delivery and no communication

Pathetic experience! I ordered a router about a week ago, mind u im a new customer. Scheduled for delivery between 8 am and 10 am. It is now past 10 and no communication has been done. I had to skip work for this delivery they dont even care to call and at least let me know if there has been a delay.
