Last Month As Your Customer

I have been your client for couple of years now & everything was going well until you offered me your sim cards for free. I have sent couple of mails and nothing has been done about this. Today i just called your customer service and they decide to keep quite and not talk to me. (Reference Number: ***4) a call was made from this number: (#***4 - Snowflake-Voice ***) This will be the last moth as your client, i will look for another service provider. You don't take your customers serious. I have been struggling with my internet and it has been more than a week now. You keep ignoring my support messages when i log a call.
