Lacks customer Service

Recieved my 5G Router and Sim etc Tuesday morning, still not on. Website says from the time I receive from Ram and get connected should be around 2hours. 8 hours later I logged a ticket( #*** ), 1 hour later I received a notification saying it's resolved which wasn't the case. The next day (24 Hours later), logged another one(#***). No response to this day. Company landline number doesn't work. No live chat. Only instant payments to them.
