Lacking connection
I have been a rain customer for a while now. However, my experience has been negative. You sent an agent to come out and check my router. He stood outside my unit and connected with his cellphone, showed me how to do that and left. However, I continue to drop connection. Call centre say they are escalating my fault, but to no avail. Currently my router says no sim card. However the router is on my roof, I cannot get to the sim card!

Please can someone call me and update me with an exact time the technical team will be on site. I was told Saturday and got a WhatsApp late Saturday saying there is a delay, I was told today, but no set time. I need commitment of a time, I have other appointments to consider.
