Lack of support

We have never, in 3 years almost had an issue with Rain. We have been happy. Now, not anymore, 5 days and counting to get a technician out. I have called 12 times, if not more, and all that is done is escalation. The problem is sitting with the technician dispatch department then. It is not fair that the call centre, who is not entirely innocent, has to keep apologising for the technician department. This is turning into a pain. I need this resolved NOW.
