Lack of service, unfair treatment & unacceptable

So I am completely disgusted about the service I have received from rain. We have been offline more then we have been online we have eventually unplugged the rooter as it of no service. You send them messages and they don't even bother to reply and you call them and they don't even help. So I sent them a message explaining to them the issue I have. I get a response they will credit my account but until I can pay the 308 they will re connect my line. Then I hear from someone that owes much more than me they will re connect their line. So I sit I have a business to run but I can't do a thing with no internet so how must I pay. My rooter is unplugged I won't use it as this is unacceptable
