lack of service from rain

purchased a unlimited data sim. paid for the monthly data of R479. want to rica the sim but the sim is getting no signal and i have tried it in 3 different 4g phones in 2 different locations that has 4g service. the sim is activated, that it shows on my account i opened. my name is calmon williams. if rain does not help me by 7 july 2020 then i will get all the negative reviewers here and on there facebook page so that it shows 1000's of people are not being serviced correctly by rain. i paid for this service on the 1st of july 2020 i expect service when i pay money for something. its hard earned money so if i dont get service then give my money back with interest. sim card iccid: NJC3XT 73950. fix it or send me a sim that works. get it done.
