Lack of Service

The company for which I work bought us all Rain sim's so we could work from home. I have had no LTE network in my Area since the end of April. Rain does not respond to Facebook, Twitter or emails and they have decided that they will not accept voice calls either. Wonderful!

I wonder if they are prepared to pay my salary seeing that I cannot work and their total lack of response???
