Lack of Service

Rain Service Provider Customer Service and Sales department is the worst. Their own people don't know what's going on. I had Ordered the 5G Bundle on the 28/05/2021 and i have still not received the item. I email support and one of the agents advised that it 5 - 5 business days to deliver. I have escalated this as I need it urgently. The lack of service that I have received from them is a waste of time. There is no urgency in resolving the issue.
