Lack of Service
Requested an upgrade to RainOne almost 3 weeks ago. Was told that due to a verification issue they will get back to me asap. To date no feedback as yet!! Submitted 3 tickets via the online app and still no feedback!! Customer Service most definitively not a priority for Rain then!!
