Lack of service 2173

It just impossible to get service from rain. I bought the Sim and I'm still struggling to get it rica'd. I contact them and I was told my request was escalated to the Rica team, still nothing.I was told I would be called after I wrote a review on hello Peter but no one called. They don't care about giving me the service I paid for and they don't even care when you want to cancel. They just send a reply stating that you will be called in 24 hours and I'm still waiting on that also. It's like begging them to take you as their client and also beg them to give your money back.

It's just stressful to deal with them period
