Lack of response and client care. Dissatisfied client

So so disappointed and annoyed. Double billed for months and services being connected and disconnected. I asked so many times to be contacted with no response after numerous requests for assistance. The signal is atrocious... I have been trying to change my debit order date from me taking up the deal... With no help nothing... I am so frustrated, if I don't get assistance I will take my service elsewhere
