Lack of Rain Internet but instead reactive responsiveness

I received a debt collection letter from Collections @nudebt.co.za: Urgent Notice. After 1 year, Rain promised to upgrade my account but instead left me for 1 month without internet. I changed providers and have not used their service (my family was inconvenienced, there were no studies for kids, and there was work downtime), and yet today, 1 year later, I heard from their collection agency about a service I never received. They declare they made calls to rectify, which is a total lie, one year later. They will not get their money after the stress and inconvenience of two months being passed around from pillar to post. Their customer care department knows how to pass the buck, but nothing is resolved one year down the line. We see how efficient their collection agency is at collecting money for a service I never received from Rain. My advice to Rain is to be more proactive than reactive and check all my emails sent over the past year with no response. Just stop wasting my time and ****ing me off.
