Lack of network, lack of communication and lack of customer service

So, i got my 2 simcards January, after 3 days it was active. Everything was running perfectly, until Tuesday, 23rd March 2021 around 2pm. My network on both simcards just went off for no reason, i phoned rain customer service, they said i must take out my simcards for about 5min, i did and still nothing, phoned them again that Tuesday, so they handed me to the networks department with a reference number, saying they'll phone me back and email me. On Wednesday nothing happened, haven't heard anything from them. I phoned again, same story, still nothing, the guy i spoke to this morning actually said he will bring in the supervisor. He even told me that my reference number was attended to according to the system, but nothing was attended to, and he'll cc me in the emails with his supervisor, that was about 9:30, i haven't received any emails or phone calls from rain, so i phoned again, 5th phone call in 3 days, and 5 different employees, they only apologize, but nothing happens, i told them i give them until 12:00 to fix the problem but no one is responding or even making effort. I'm completely dissatisfied with rain's customer service. And will be canceling my 2 simcards. Doesn't seem like the customer service team knows how to fix problems. Lack of communication, lack of service. They keep you happy for a month then after that they disconnect you. And then they still expect you to pay...
