Lack of efficiency and inconsiderate

Bad experience trying to get wifi from rain its over a month without delivery with CCD courier with Thabo a driver that lies that they are 5 min away and made my husband wait out over 45 min during working hours then said he cant find him on his phone while the both of us were busy calling the driver and he was no longer picking up he ignored our calls. We keep trying contact RAIN and make them aware but it's a surprise every time we call the agents know nothing about the matter we have to keep explaining. BAD SERVICE!
