Lack of customer support

I purchased a 4G sim from Rain for unlimited data as I work from home permanently. It has been more than 24 hours since I switched on my wi-fi device with the Rain sim card and I am still not able to connect to the internet. I've sent 3 emails as the live chat option on the website is no longer available and I've not received any help from the support desk so far. This is very frustrating as I've had to use my phone as a wi-fi hotspot to get work done and I've paid for a service I'm not receiving. Customer service from Rain is absolutely appalling.
