Lack of customer centric

It's the 21st of the month today from Sept I have been begging the rain consultants to plz assist with connection but never been called. It's now the 3rd time writing on hellopeter and yes I have been help with the billing but now no connection on the Sim card. I have called rain several times but no luck in being assisted I really don't know why rain consultant's are like this. Please if this simcard is no longer valid or whatever problem it is please advice. The connection says connected but no internet so I don't know I have called more than 3 times for this matter. This is nonsense I tell u last month u guyz took so many amounts on my account just 4 sweet nothing. Mxm m really disappointed by all dis. Ticket number#***5
