Lack of customer care and service.

I live in Durban Central,NO EXCUSE for poor or bad. Yet here I am complaining on Hello Peter as Rain has REFUSED TO get back to me regarding my issues,cannot even phone call centre as my SIM had NO SERVICE AT ALL. Have repeatedly emailed them,even had response from an agent,ONCE,to which he never rep****. WORST SERVICE IN COUNTRY ! Rather put up with Telkoms SH.. signal than RAINS LACK OF SIGNAL AT ALL. Would give no stars but not possible. AND NOT MY FIRST TIME RECIEVING NO CUSTOMER CARE.
