Lack of Communication & thievery

I bought a 5G Router for R699 in March. The service provider failed to activate the router. I had to wait more than a month to get assistance regarding activation. I received an email from Faieza who assisted me regarding my request to get my refund of R699 which was the cost of the router. Faieza also assisted me with the courier people to collect the router in June already and i still have not received my refund. I tried DM Rain SA since the beginning of August and no response yet. They are ******* in disguise. I want my money. I'm never recommending their service to anyone.
