Lack of action & communicatoin

To my dismay for the first time after 3 /4 years of being a loyal customer I have not encounter such inferior service . I lodged a complaint two weeks ago and keep on calling to follow up weekly, in all honesty the contact centre agents are very polite ,friendly and make all these wonderful promises but once we hang up the line it ends there .Not even one promise is fulfilled (communication / plan of action )It is quite disheartening to say the least as complaining on this platform is the only hope I have as calling the customer service has done nothing to assist . All I want is services to be rendered !
