Klipfontein View Tower is down.

The 5G Tower in Klipfontein View,Lethabong, Midrand is down since 03th October 2022 and even now. No one knows what is wrong with the tower even the floor manager. My account was debited on the 01th October and the tower is down.

Call your technician early in the morning and advise them to fix the tower. It is simple. Stop ****ing with interruption for the service we paid for!!! Or just ****ing send someone to physically check the tower or do repair

The 5G tower in Klipfontein View, Lethabong is still down even now and it's been five days and one would get credited R20,00 for this five days without connection. I spend R150rand already on data.

Your service is so pathetic and useless. Your technician obviously lack experience and your management are so useless and I spoke to two of your floor managers and you could tell they are call center agent pretending and claiming to be managers. It's really candy gardens at our expense. 😡😡😡

There's is no feedback or updates I got from your office.

Kindly sort out this technical multifunction of 5G tower asap. The service one get from Rain Network is bum. Unfortunately it does not deserve our support.

Debt order will bounce accordingly as well. Take a note.

The mustn't go home or take lunch until there's better updates and connection.

It's been six days and we paid for this service. We don't get internet connection for free, we are paying for it. You can't maintain or afford 5G network so maybe Rain should only offer 4G.😏😡

It's a ridiculous respond for network service that is offline for six days and I am not getting the service I paid for.

It's 12H00, is there's any updates on this mess of your 5G tower? 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡It seems like I won't have network the whole month?
