Kirsty Lynn #***5 My router stopped working on Friday. I have made numerous calls and all i get told is that my query has been escalated!! Day 4 no internet, calls get cut, no ones can help. debit order paid on time every month yet when you need help- you get driven around in circles! Every time I call i have to go over the same story, answer the same questions yet get no where. Someone will be in touch - when??? No one gets in touch. After sale service is ghastly, beyond shocking!!! I was so impressed with Rain when I started using them app**** got my router with in 24 hrs but now that there is a problem with the router - absolutely no help!!!
