Keeping moving towers that are far

Why change me to a tower that is far now m struggling with network

I still don't have connection and when I check am still connected to a tower that is far. Like why create issues every time the tower next to me works just fine with no issues

It will not help that you ignore me cause am still paying for no services. When do you intend on solving my connection problems the tower that is 0.13km is the one that works best for me
