Keep Your Promise!
Still not resolved the issue where the WiFi can’t work on devices less than 4g. The last person who called from the call centre never called back as promised and my last review had no response.
YOU MUST CALL ME.

14 Jan 2024, 16:17Please stop lying. No one called me. And even if you did, why not keep trying.
My devices are always on unless Eskom who are as unreliable as you are, put us on loadshedding. This then becomes a matter beyond my control. I can't help the fact that you are *********** as is Eskom.
YOU MUST CALL!!?

15 Jan 2024, 11:38That is not the solution. It's not the solution. The solution is you call me and you send a technician with the new device if it is indeed the problem with the device. What if you courier a new device and it still doesn't work? Get a technician to come here pronto.
And also address the fact that the signals are now been picked away from further towers than before. SORT THIS OUT AND CALL ME!!!

18 Jan 2024, 11:46I have received the new router from your courier.
However, we still need a technician as I have been reiterating and as you have been equally ignoring me. You have also consistently ignored to call me.

19 Jan 2024, 13:23Hi. I refer to the on going case incident number ***1. I just spoke with one pleasant Indian lady from your outsourced call centre. She tried to help but she couldn't. The route called model name Zero which was delivered yesterday has no SIM in it. So it doesn't work.
The old router is model CPE N5368X which as you know has a built in SIM in it and try as we may, we just couldn't open it to extract the old SIM so we could subsequently use it in the new delivered model zero when I surrendered it to the CCD Courier guy yesterday. He tried to assist but he said there is nothing he can do since he is merely a deliverer and collector and was just doing his job.
You have sent an email that you will be sending a technician. What do we do in the intervening period with no SIM card and therefore no WiFi?
The lady suggested we buy more data? Why should we pay for something we are supposedly going to be billed for already as postpaid customers? Can you please juice up the two SIM cards which come with 1.9 data per month in the meantime? That 3.8 data has almost run out now.
Otherwise asking us to buy more data is just ludicrous and smacks of unfair trade practices of which you should be reported to the relevant authorities.
