Keep debiting even after cancelation

Last month I asked to cancel my subscription a day after I was debited, with immediate effect. I was told I can't be refund, rather I stop using my Sim for the month and they will refund me once they see it wasn't used. Which I did, yesterday I was debited again. So I didn't use their services for a month, and I have now been charged twice for nothing, no one is getting back to me with regards to my refunds

Good day. Please not that I was told to switch the Sim off so I don't pay, so what was I charged for? I would have used it if I knew I was going to be charged. In fact I should be charged a pro-rata for the 2 days that I used it
