*** service delivery!!!!!!!!
If I could rate 0, I would. First of all, why do you want upfront payment when your service delivery is so ****. I'm waiting for delivery and I've been trying to contact you people, but no response. *** how hard is it to reply to an email. If you not going to deliver on your service then stop asking for upfront payment. I would like a refund as I've not received anything yet and come end of this month you gonna want payment for something that hasn't even been delivered.

06 Oct 2021, 23:17I called Rain customer care today and spoke with Alistair Swartz and Lugile Selepe (At least I think that was the people I was dealing with). They provided excellent customer care and ensured that my package was delivered within 2 hours of my last call & to top it off, a member of rain dropped off my package in their own personal capacity. I appreciate all the effort put into providing this awesome customer service. I am happy to say that I am up and running and enjoying my connectivity. If I could delete my previous post I would, but Hello Peter does not allow that. But thank you Rain for the awesome service delivery displayed today 🙌
