Rain is the worst service provider ever, I curse the day I took your services, I have cancelled my subscription in September since their router was not working for over 2 weeks and they refused to credit me for those days, after i have paid them but you keep on taking money from my account without my consent, I was told this is a pay as you use service and if I don't pay then I don't get coverage so why am I paying for something I don't have, I want my money as I will be escalating this further, They don't even 1 star rating for this ****ty service, I want my money back ASAP
