****tiest service from a service provider. firstly took very long and multiple attempts to get through to them. secondly they took my money for the **** 4g service instead of the 5g package i wanted to order. thirdly the agent tells me to get R479 again and order the 5g special they have. fourthly i got no notification to say that there is 5g coverage in my area neither was there any notification that there was a special on the 5g deals. i heard from a friend. very **** customer relations. then while speaking on the phone with Thandeka, self proclaimed "manager", she threw the phone down in my ear.
