Just not a care in the world!!!!!Pathetic & Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!

This is by far the worst service I have received from Rain. I have called 11 times since yesterday at 14H00, most of the time the agents pretend that they can't hear me and when I do get an agent they place me on mute and hang up. The only 2 agents I spoke to told me they would call me back within 20 mins and guess WHAT!!! nothing happened. You guys suspended my account after payment was made in December, your system changed my debit date to the 1st and I have no explanation for what happened. I STILL DO NOT HAVE SERVICE !!!!!!! SORT this out please, I use this for work!!!!!!!!!!
