JUST NO HELP AT ALL

1stly we work from home that's why data is consistently i have mentioned that with the sales person 2 its mostly just drops signal on the 5 g but also 4g where it says no connection or when i do a speed test i get 4mbps on download and 12mbps on upload where i am paying for a 60mb line, we keep loosing connection over period of like 20min maybe then its back so on so forth then we also wen my kids watch movies after school it buffers seeing that die signal is terrible we never had this problem at all in the beginning i had good upload and download with no signal loss at this stage i am paying for this month where almost the full month we had issues and just no one is really help full

this is wat they do exactly every time this happens but then after a week or soo same thing over my download is now 60mb and upload is 36mbps soo i realy dont
know wat to do here any more and why this happens

sooo now i don't get this during the day the wifi is perfect between 6 o'clock or 7 o'clock it bag the same for 2 nights now why is this are you capping me or what

oky lets cancel end of month i will pay today for the month you can then arrange collection also same day of the 1st of September thats wen it will end then please email me wat i need to fill in or wat ever i must do

this service can cancel end of month like i said collection can be done when you ask me privately for the address seeing that i wont be home during the fday so i can give you different collection address
