Just NO customer service
So I have begged. Pleaded. Called every day or send a message. No I am fed up. DO NOT JOIN RAIN!!!!!! They do not give to cent about their paying customers. They are refusing to help me. I have called every single day for more than a month just to get my WiFi connection back. They send me a defective router and they keep saying they will replace and nothing happens. Then they try to tell me to reboot, reset, re... What the **** else. Nothing works. You can see it doesn't help. I am tired. Everyone in the world is going to know now that you just want money. I have had enough

31 Oct 2025, 09:22Don't buy Rain. Do not support Rain. They do not support you in your time of need. Rain just wants your money but do not want to give customers service to their paying customers. They make promises and everytime you follow up you need to start at the beginning. No promise they make are followed through. Just the simple task of sending a new router because the router is defective and doesn't connect to the correct towers. No matter what you try. They just ignore and keep saying it will be escalated. But it never gets sorted out. Don't support them so they have no more customers.

And now it takes forever just to send a new router. I keep paying for a service I do not get. Since before 16 September 2025 I have not had a decent connection to even send and receive WhatsApps. I am tired of empty promises.
