Just horrible!!!

Recently got the 5G service, prior to that I had an up-to-6mbps line but thought I could do with something better since we were tasked to work from home. Anyway, just to put things into perspective; my 6mbps line was so much better!!! My TV continually buffers, my computer's internet is slow, the whole thing is just **********. I am sorely disappointed in Rain. :-(
